These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our clothing brand. By accessing or using our site and placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or using our website, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or place an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to purchase from our site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Order Acceptance, Pricing & Payment

  1. Order Acceptance:

    • Orders are only accepted once they are confirmed by us.

    • We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order, at our discretion and for any reason.

  2. Pricing:

    • All prices are set at our sole discretion and may be updated at any time before confirmation.

    • Displayed prices exclude shipping and tax unless otherwise stated.

  3. Payment:

    • Payment is collected at the point you complete the checkout process.

    • We accept major credit cards and debit cards

4. Pre-Order Policy

All items on our site are sold exclusively via “Pre-Order.”

  • Production Timeline: Once you place a Pre-Order, you agree to wait 3–7 weeks for your item(s) to be produced.

  • Shipping: After production is complete, please allow standard shipping times (usually 3–7 business days domestic, longer for international).

  • By placing a Pre-Order, you acknowledge and accept this production and shipping timeline. We do not hold stock; each garment is made to order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Carrier Delays & Force Majeure: We’re not responsible for delays outside our control, including carrier issues, customs holds, or natural events.

  • Estimates Only: Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Refused Deliveries: If a shipment is refused or unclaimed, any additional return or re-shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

6. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

  1. Cancellations:

    • You may cancel your Pre-Order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

    • After production starts (typically 24–48 hours post-order), cancellations may incur a 30% restocking fee and are not guaranteed.

  2. Returns:

    • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.

    • You must return the product at your own cost, unless we agree otherwise.

    • Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photo proof to request a replacement or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including images, logos, text, and designs—is owned or licensed by DOITAAGAIN. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our site for unlawful purposes;

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations;

  • Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOITAAGAIN and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our products or services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DOITAAGAIN, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend our contract with you, or your access to our site, at any time and without notice if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect when changes are made. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
