Shipping Information
All items are made to order—please allow roughly 3–7 weeks for production and shipping unless we’ve noted otherwise. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. After that, please allow 4–6 business days for delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your package leaves our facility, it’s in your carrier’s hands. If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, you’ll need to contact USPS (or your local postal service) directly to locate your package or file a claim. We can’t assume responsibility for those issues.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before you complete checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an invalid or incomplete address, you’ll be responsible for any reshipment fees.
